Study on the Relationship between Different Wastewater Treatment Technologies and Effluent Standards in Jilin Liaohe River Basin Based on the Coupled Model of AHP and Fuzzy TOPSIS Method

Wastewater treatment plants play a critical role in reducing point source pollution watersheds; however, taking on the task of pollutants such as COD and NH3-N, they also consume energy intensively, which can result additional greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions operating (OAM) costs. Therefore, appropriate effluent targets should be implemented to achieve balance between load reduction, costs, depending field conditions wastewater plant. In this study, four different technologies, namely, A2/O, CASS, MBR A/O-MBR, are mainly operated Liaohe River Basin Jilin Province, were selected using coupled AHP fuzzy TOPSIS models, standards preferred according characteristics these technologies. Firstly, model is used determine criteria layer (environmental, economic social benefits) technologies weights each indicator, then indicator values alternatives (effluent standards) finally optimal value standard determined, terms COD, 30 mg/L for A2/O CASS process 50 A/O-MBR.
